I love being out on the water. There was one time that I’d never even been on a kayak, but as time has passed, I taught myself how to stand up paddle board. At first it was scary, but now I find it really fun and am relaxed when I do it.
When I saw there was an opportunity to try yoga on a stand up paddle board, I decided to try it once and although I discovered yoga is not really my thing, I’m so glad I did it!
