The Ice Arena a Chapel Hills opened exactly eight years ago. Rebekah was only two then and that rink gave us so much hope and happiness.

Jo Ann helped build the program at that rink and it is very sad to see the rink close. Our children learned to skate there and many happy weekends were spent with Dan skating with the children at the rink. The Chapel Hills rink staff was very supportive to us during the time of crisis right after Dan's accident.

As we say good-bye to a chapter in our lives, we are so grateful that Dan is alive and with us. Hopefully, one day, Dan will be able to skate with us again.
