We Named Our Refigerators

Remembering about our cars also makes me think of our refigerators.

Dan and I named our refrigerators!

When we moved out of the Atherton House, our former housemate, Bob, gave us an old refrierator. So, we named the refrigerator Bob.

Our former housmate, Gary, wanted us to take care of his portable refrigerator, so we named his refrigerator Gary.

And...Dan's old portable refrigerator had been used by or former housemate, Bill, at the Atherton House, so we named that refrigerator Bill.

We'd say, "The carrots are in Bob." "The sodas are in Bill." "The ice cream is in Gary."

After 30 years, we still own "Bill" and we still keep sodas in "Bill!"
