This is the Schneider-Farris Family's Blog. Keep up with what we are doing by logging into this site regularly! (The reason this site is called "Tragedy and Triumph" is that when I first founded this site, my husband, Dan, had been in a horrible accident, and he recovered. His recovery was a miracle! Go back to the 2005 archives to read our story.)

Remembering February 15, 1961
This week, I took the kids to The Broadmoor Hotel for a memorial service. We, along with members of the Broadmoor Skating Club and the Colorado Springs community, remembered the tragic plane crash that killed the entire US World Figure Skating Team 50 years ago.
Annabelle, Rebekah, and I ended up in the local newspaper!
