This is the Schneider-Farris Family's Blog. Keep up with what we are doing by logging into this site regularly! (The reason this site is called "Tragedy and Triumph" is that when I first founded this site, my husband, Dan, had been in a horrible accident, and he recovered. His recovery was a miracle! Photos of the Houses Rebekah and Joel Are Staying At in Lake Placid

For the past two weeks, Rebekah and Joel, (and Tiffany's other competitive ice dancers) have been staying at The Huttlinger House that was built in 1908.

The house has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is really close to Lake Placid's Main Street and is walking distance to the ice rink.
It is just two hundred yards from Mirror Lake. The house is surrounded by scenic views of the mountains and lake.

Next week, the kids and Tiffany's other skaters will move to River's Edge Loj. The will have a 30 minute commute to Lake Placid, but the kids will get to enjoy a hot tub, a pool table, and a gaming sytem. There is also a volleyball net, horeshoes, and electronic darts! The house is walking distance to the water. (I hope the hot tub will be good for Rebekah's foot.) Joel may enjoy using the private gym!
